Van olympisch goud tot de eerste meters op de Bosbaan: in de zomer van 2026 verandert Amsterdam in het wereldwijde epicentrum van de roeisport.
Van 24 tot en met 30 augustus verzamelen ’s werelds beste roeiers zich in het Amsterdamse Bos voor de 2026 Staatsloterij World Rowing Championships. Meer dan 1.200 para- en elite-atleten uit ruim zestig landen strijden om wereldtitels—aangemoedigd door een gepassioneerd thuispubliek, omringd door natuur en pal naast de bruisende Zuidas. Een unieke mix van topsport, traditie en wereldwijde verbinding.
